We organise In love with
Italy language, culture and cookery courses either as
separate subjects or as a combined course. There are four
courses each/every season of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
All courses are fully residential and include
all meals, excursions, course materials and tuition fees.
Student numbers will always be less than fifteen. English will
be the common second language. |

Course 1. Italian
language for beginners.
A one-week intensive language course for those
who want to make a determined and positive start.
When you leave you can expect to be able to find
your way around as a visitor and enjoy simple conversations.
The course includes an educational excursion to
Rome and Naples. |

Course 2.
Italian language for intermediate.
This is a one-week intensive language course for
those who can already find their way around and converse, but
would like to develop their vocabulary for more sophisticated
speaking, reading and writing occasions.
The course includes an educational excursion to
Rome and Naples. |

Course 3. Italian
Cuisine and Culture.
A one-week course introducing students to the
history, culture and cuisine of Italy. Students will learn the
history and principles of Italian food and wine and will also
prepare and cook several of their own meals under the guidance
of the chef and tutor.
The course includes an educational excursion to
Rome, Naples and the Abruzzo National Park. |

Course 4. Prima Italia.
A one week combined course covering language basics, cooking
basics and a review of the Italian culture. Includes an
educational excursion to Rome, Naples and the Abruzzo National
Park |

The dates of the
courses are staggered so that it is possible to
attend two courses - one following on from the other. Prices
vary according to the type of course and the season and there
are special prices for group and/or multiple bookings. All
enquiries are dealt with personally to ensure top quality
