Our booking service is personal. Every
enquiry and all your questions are treated individually.
In the first instance, however, if you’d like
to enquire about availability or make a booking please use the
form below. Please note that we will only use your telephone
number in case of email delivery failure – an increasingly
common occurrence. You will never receive unsolicited
sales calls from us. |

How to book with
In Love with Italy |

1. |
Do please email us about what you want - seek our
advice. Choose when you would like to travel and the length of your
stay. |
|
2. |
Make a provisional reservation with us, which we'll
hold for three days. |
|
3. |
Shop around for the best flight price and
availability. We can often advise you on the latest situation including
the best days of the week to travel, from and to which airport to
travel, and who to contact. |

4. |
Double-check with us and then book the flight. At
this time also book your rental car with the airline partner. Please
don't forget full insurance because it is a condition of contract
between us that you have travel insurance. |

5. |
We will quickly confirm the accommodation details in
writing. If you are travelling in less than one month from the booking
date then we ask you to pay the full amount at that time. All payments
are by credit card or by bank transfer to the Prima Italia Ltd bank
account in England. |

6. |
If your booking is for more than one month later then
we ask for a 25% deposit at that time with the balance payable one month
before the arrival date. All payments are by credit card or by bank
transfer to the Prima Italia Ltd bank in England. |

7. |
As soon as we receive final payment, we will send you
a map and full directions on how to get to the accommodation. |
